We adapt to your moulds! 

Each module/attachment sprays our baking release agent cleanly and efficiently into your baking moulds. The device consists of a stainless steel metal housing, which contains the electrical and pneumatic parts. An adjustable nozzle arm means that the device can spray agent into moulds of different heights. The add-on device is fixed to existing conveyor facilities without requiring extensive mounting work. In connection with the base foot, the TSA 800 with its own conveyor belt can be integrated as a free-standing device or into existing conveyor systems. The final has automated adjustments for the different baking mould dimensions. 

The filter system prevents oil mist from entering the working area, and contributes to the safety and cleanliness of your bakery. 

The TSA 800 stands for release agent spray technology that meets the highest standards. It has been specially adapted for use with our baking release agents in our own research and development laboratory.
